Your donation to the Continuum of Care will help strengthen the collective response to homelessness and affordable housing in our community. As Continuum of Care we help identify gaps in homeless services and aim to create solutions to over come barriers that individuals and families may face.
Our overall mission is to support housing solutions by promoting community partnerships. Your donation will aid in creating policies and procedures and building relationships to further our mission to end homelessness in Oakland County, MI.
